Pickler Wealth Advisors is proud to announce that Katie Pickler has passed her Series 7 and 66, a necessary step toward becoming an advisor.
Katie, who serves as Vice President for the firm, joined our team in January of 2019 and has actively worked toward becoming an advisor this year. Katie has added efficiency to our growing firm, and will continue to advance our mission of client service excellence.
"Now that the necessary exams are behind me, I am looking forward to learning everything I can regarding how Pickler Wealth Advisors operates," said Katie Pickler. "I am honored to begin playing a critical role in our client relationships, and I look forward to assisting the Pickler Team with all the amazing work they do each day. My passion is helping others, and I can't wait to make a difference in our clients' lives. I am so thankful for this wonderful opportunity."
In order to become an Investment Advisor Representative, Katie was tasked with passing three crucial exams: the SIE, the Series 7, and the Series 66. The Series 7 Exam qualifies those who pass to work as General Securities Representatives, and the Series 66 Exam qualifies a candidate to register as an investment advisor representative and as a securities agent.
Now that Katie has received her registration and licensure to become an advisor, she will work closely with David Pickler and each member of our client service team to provide support for all of our client service outreach.

Katie dreamed about joining the firm when she was in college, but realized the timing wasn't right. Her experience leading up to joining the firm has given her a different perspective which she believes positioned her to bring another layer to the already incredible PWA culture.
Born and raised in Germantown, TN, Katie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications. Since 2012, she worked at JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) where she served as Senior Development Manager. In these positions, Katie planned and executed large-scale events, raising millions of dollars for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research. She was a brand ambassador building relationships with community members and those suffering from T1D. She still passionately believes the cure is within reach and won't stop advocating for JDRF until T1D is eradicated.
