As you know, these past few weeks have been unprecedented. It's hard to imagine a time in our lives that has unfolded the way the COVID-19 pandemic has. Volatility in the market, public health concerns, and a lot of unknowns are making times very scary. I want to assure you that we are taking extreme precautions to ease your anxiety.
I am writing to you as your friend and advocate. Together, we will walk side-by-side as we navigate this new world. With so many uncertainties across the globe, please know that Pickler Wealth Advisors is here for you, now more than ever. We will be your anchor in this storm, and our relationship will strengthen as we continue serving you and your family.
What we are doing as your trusted Advisor:
My team and I are thoroughly reviewing every single account to better understand how we can pivot in these uncertain times. We recognize it is important to have a plan that works for you, and we are committed to being here for you and remaining transparent with every single aspect of our advisory services.
Due to the high risk of infection in group settings, we are strongly encouraging meetings via phone call. Please reach out to us if you are interested in setting up a phone meeting or changing your existing in-person meeting to a call.
We are also rolling out video meetings as another alternative to in-person meetings. There are a variety of ways we can incorporate video conferencing including FaceTime (for iPhone and iPad users), ZOOM video meetings, and Skype. If you are interested in doing a video conference, please let us know and we will send you detailed instructions.

What we are doing from a health perspective:
We are taking the coronavirus and its rapid spread seriously, so we are incorporating drastic measures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
On an hourly basis, we are cleaning all surfaces including door handles, chairs, and tables.
We have hand sanitizer and soap readily available for clients.
If you prefer to not be greeted by reception upon your arrival, please let us know in advance. You may have a seat in our large conference room (to your right as you walk in), and I will be with you shortly.
