Teresa J.W. Bailey - Chief Operating Officer and Senior Planning Partner

Teresa brings leadership, energy, and organizational focus to our Pickler Wealth Advisors family in her role as Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, Teresa facilitates firm resources to ensure client needs are fulfilled and appropriate infrastructure is incorporated to deliver maximum efficiency. Teresa is responsible for the day-to-day operations for Picker Wealth Advisors as well as coordinating with David on firm strategic planning, visioning, and branding.

As Senior Planning Partner, Teresa collaborates with all aspects of the Pickler Wealth Advisors holistic planning team to deliver customized planning solutions for our clients’ life goals.

Prior to joining the PWA team, Teresa worked in marketing in the hospitality industry while pursuing her degree from the University of Memphis. Concentrating her studies in Corporate Finance, Teresa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Teresa is married to Chris Bailey and lives in Collierville. She and Chris are proud parents of two children - Silas, a 200-lb Great Dane, and Dexter, a soon-to-be 200lb Great Dane.
