David Pickler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pickler Wealth Advisors, is a featured author of a newly published book entitled Memphis Profiles in Courage. Pickler was selected to join fourteen other community leaders to write chapters honoring individuals and organizations that have displayed courage in the face of adversity to achieve greatness. Pickler was asked to author a chapter entitled “The Shelby County Board of Education: Restoring Traditional Values in Public Schools”. David describes the importance of reviving our public school system and that it “serves as a reflection of America’s growth, diversity, and evolution”. David also explains the tireless work by the School Board and how these efforts will help give our children the capability to fulfill their dreams and succeed.
